We’ve been here before. But last time I had some sort of shaved chocolate sugar cookie. It was fine, but not really a chocolate chip cookie.
Time to fill in the gaps. An actual chocolate chip cookie.
Right away I knew I had something different here. Some different flavor. I think it was citrus. Maybe orange. Probably lemon. Just a touch. I don’t know that it made the cookie a better cookie. But it didn’t make it worse. And with its excellent marks in all areas, and its bonus height…well…it didn’t last long.
Or maybe my memory is skewed since I had just finished skiing for 1.5 hours straight so The Corbchops wouldn’t wake up from his sleigh snooze. Cookies are better when you’re damn tired.

Um…if you read carefully you’ll note that this cookie came from Leavenworth. I ate this cookie in January. But the memory of it still lingers!
I like a cookie I have to open wide(r) for.
